Welcome to St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, located in the heart of Eden Park on the North Side of Baton Rouge. We are a community of strong faith – alive, dynamic and effective throughout the neighborhood, around the City and Diocese. Empowered by the Gospel’s liberating message and are spirit led, we proclaim the Good News of Jesus, The Divine Word and give witness the love of Jesus through our various ministries.

At St. Paul, parishioners of all ages are strengthened spiritually at Sunday Mass, in Religious Education and Bible Study and called to reach out into the community to ensure that the hungry are fed, that the aged, the ill and infirmed are visited, prayed with and receive the sacraments, that the hurting are healed and nursed to health. Through our religious and social organizing, we are committed to work to ensure people in the community will have access to quality health care and healthy food; we are striving to create a strong, safe, healthy neighborhood and community.

Above all, as a people of faith, we, are committed to work for the cause of justice and peace for all for one day, “the King will say, as you did this to one of the least of these brothers or sisters of mine, you did it to me.” (Matthew 24:40).
